Recommendations for the use of an infrared sauna

Sessions in the infrared booth should be taken very seriously and taken as a wellness and not an entertainment event.

During the session, please use the following rules:

A normal wellness session lasts half an hour at temperatures up to 60 ° C

For optimal results, refrain from using the sauna immediately after a meal.

Use 2-3 towels: lay one folded several times on the seat, another one under your feet.

At the first sign of a cold or flu, lengthening the session can increase the activity of the immune system.

As you get used to the infrared sauna, you can increase the session to 50 minutes or more.

Please be mindful of the water balance of your body throughout the session.

Note that initially many people with high levels of heavy metals, chemical toxins, or pesticides may have difficulty sweating.

For some, it may take 5-10 sessions before a significant amount of sweat appears, but continuous water intake will reduce body intoxication. Even without the large volume of sweat produced, the infrared sauna helps eliminate toxins through urine, intestines and hair.

The human body does not always have a training system for thermoregulation. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle, do not play sports, your body may not be able to properly respond to heat exposure.

In this case, sweating may not occur even during a half-hour session in the infrared cabin. It's OK. Continue to take regular procedures in the IR sauna, and after a while you will start sweating first at the 29th minute, then at the 25th, then at the 15th, etc.

Your body will adjust its thermoregulation system by itself.

Immediately after the end of the session, try to sit quietly for some time (3-5 minutes) and not make any sudden movements, because, even after leaving the cabin, there is increased sweating and blood circulation.

Rules for receiving a session in an infrared sauna

After turning on the sauna, wait 10-15 minutes. to warm up the heaters. The readiness of the sauna to work is not determined by the air temperature inside, but by the degree of heating of the radiators. The operating air temperature in the IR sauna is 45-58? C.

Set the duration of the session (taking into account the warm-up) and the temperature.

You should not take wellness treatments in the IR sauna on an empty stomach.

It is recommended to have a light snack at least 1.5 hours before they start. Half an hour before the start of the procedure, it is recommended to drink 0.5-1.0 liters of water, preferably table mineral water (containing: potassium, sodium, magnesium, manganese, iron).

Drinking plenty of fluids before and after procedures is necessary to compensate for dehydration. It is not recommended to drink juices, drinks containing sugar (sweet soda) and eat fruits to compensate for water losses, because they have a lot of carbohydrates that slow down the process of water absorption by the body.

When you are in the infrared sauna, it is not recommended to make sudden movements; it is best to sit quietly on a chair.

It is recommended to take the session wrapped in a terry towel or sheet. Also, a towel must be laid on the chair and on the floor (under the feet).

It should be remembered that outwardly nothing happens to a person for the first 10-20 minutes. The visible effects of the procedures occur in the last 10-15 minutes of the session.

However, some people, due to pollution of the body with toxins, a large amount of heavy metals, chemical toxins, may have difficulty with perspiration.

For such people, several sessions may be required before sweating improves and a noticeable therapeutic effect of the IR sauna appears.

Overweight people are better off making more visits to the infrared sauna, but for a shorter duration.

It is better to start a session at 45 * C in order to reduce the load on the body.

The recommended session time is 30-50 minutes. You can adjust the temperature in the sauna during a session using the control unit.

The temperature you set will be automatically maintained by the control system.

A hot shower before the sauna can increase the amount of sweat removed. Do not apply body lotion prior to a sauna session.
